Annette Smith Green was born on April 20.1971 in Hollandale, MS to Mr. and Mrs. L.V. and Clara Smith. She attended Glen Allan High School in Glen Allan, MS.

Annette confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and joined the St. Peter MB. Church in Glen Allen, Ms. She later moved her membership to New Foundation M.B. Church in Hollandale, Ms. She remained a faithful member.

Annette was united in holy matrimony to Michael Green on September 25, 2010.

She departed her life on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. As she leaves us our hearts are heavy and we will cherish our memories of her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Clara Jean Lee Smith; her brother Jackie Lee, and her nephew Patrick Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted husband, Michael Green, Sr.; father, L.V. (GwenRenay) Smith (5) children: two (2) daughters, Cleopatra (Joe) Spand-Richardson of Jackson, MS and Elisha Spand, of Little Rock, AR; (3) sons Elijah Spand, Jr. of Glen Allan, MS, Michael Green, Jr. of Vicksburg, MS and Ricky Green of Mayersville, MS; ten (10) grandchildren: Jamichael Green, Jo'Riyah Richardson, Jaidyn Richardson, Ricky Green, Jr., Karson Johnson, Chloe Richardson, Jade Spand, Ryiah Green, Bella Richardson, and Ryan Green; one (1) sister Maxine (Jimmy) Smith of Glen Allan, MS; six (6) brothers: L.V. Smith, Jr. of Grace, MS, James (Bettye) of Greenville, MS, Jerry Smith of Seattle, WA; Donald (Kristen) Smith of Mayersville, MS, Jonathan (Romona) Smith of Avon, MS, Miles Smith of Lake Charles, LA, Robert (Netorian) Bunton of Rolling Fork, MS; God-mother, Rebecca Harris, and her God-sister, Yolanda Minor both of Greenville, MS; a God-brother, Clifton( Annie) Thomas of Glen Allan, MS and a host of nieces, nephews , aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
