Funeral services for Barbara Taylor, 74, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28 at Black's Chapel Baptist Church, Jackson. Burial will be at Green Chapel Cemetery, Rolling Fork. Rev. John McNeal will be officiating. Ms. Taylor died August 18, 2021 at St. Dominic Hospital, Jackson.

She is survived by her daughter, Erica Whipps (Rev. Leon); son, Terrence Hartwell; grandchildren: Jasmine (Maurice), Jada & Leon Jr.; great-grandchild, Jeremiah; and sisters, Martha and Ruby.
