In an envelope marked "Personal" God addressed a letter to Brenda Dianne Dillard in Mayersville, Mississippi. God asked her on July 5, 2022, if she was ready to leave her earthly woes behind and join him in his heavenly kingdom. In an envelope marked "Personal" she gave her answer. Although Brenda's time on earth wasn't as long as we wanted it to be her life was well lived. It was a life of sharing, caring and loving.

Brenda Dianne Dillard was born in Vicksburg, MS to Ora Lee Cartlidge and Dan Dillard. Brenda grew up in Mayersville, Mississippi. A town where she loved and never left.

She confessed Christ at an early age at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a woman of faith, a tower of strength to others, she exemplified 1 Peter 4:8-9. Her kindness drew people to her. She touched and shaped the lives of many while she was upon this earth.

She worked at Sharkey Issaquena Nursing Home of Rolling Fork for seventeen years. She enjoyed quiet time watching her favorite "stories" on television and spending quality time with her closest loved ones and friends. Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Ora Lee, stepfather Curtis Dolley, Sr and Dan.

Brenda's beautiful memories will live on through her (2) children: daughter, Krystle Seaton of Anguilla, MS and son, Rodney (Kiara) Seaton, Jr. - Gluckstadt, MS, (2) grandchildren Karlie Rose-Marie and Rodney, III. She also leaves (5) sisters: Margaret Dillard, Demetrius Dillard, JoeAnne Dolley, Lisa Dolley- all of Mayersville, MS and Chasity Dillard of Memphis, TN and (5) brothers Curtis Dolley, Jr of Chicago, David Dillard and William Dillard of Mayersville, MS, Tyrone Payne and Kevin Payne of Greenville, MS, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
