Brenda "B.O." Odoms was born on August 4, 1967 to the late Lee Bertha Moore and Wiley Odems Jr. She confessed her faith in Christ and was baptized at an early age.

Brenda was a 1985 graduate of Rolling Fork High School. She worked at Sharkey Issaquena Nursing Home for numerous of years.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lee Bertha Moore; father, Wiley Odems Jr.; sister, Mary Odems; and her daughter, Arielle Odems.

Brenda departed this life of March 24, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memories her son, Jarvis Odems; grandson, Jaden Grayson; granddaughter, Aubrielle Odems; five brothers: Wiley (Barbara) Odems, Lorenzo Odems, Eugene (Joyce) Odems, Harvey (Janice) Odems, and Daren Odems; two sisters, Janice (Tommy) Martin and Sandra Odems of Rolling Fork; one niece that she reared, Starlencia Kenny of Rolling Fork; a close cousin, Annie Evans Robinson; a close friend, Audrey Miles; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
