Earline was born on February 27, 1950, to the late John Henry Williams and Irene Ward. She accepted Christ at an early age. Earline later joined the House of Peace Worship Church International.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Williams and her father and mother named above.

She leaves memories to be cherished by her three children: Chantana Cosey (Willie Cosey, Jr.) residing in St. Louis, MO; Ronald Williams (Ladonna Williams) residing in Clinton, MS; Jamar Watson (Rochelle Watson) residing in Brandon, MS. Eight grandchildren: Shanteria Williams, Marcus Williams, Jada McCallister, Ronald Williams, Jr., Zoraya Williams, Imani Williams, Trinity Williams, and Brycen Watson. Nine sisters: Pearlene Green and Wanda Higgs both residing in St. Louis, MO; Mary Ward, residing in Las Vegas, NV; Ladonna Butler, Selena Brown, Selma Jean Williams, Lasharon Carter, and Desheila Williams, all residing in St. Louis, MO. Four brothers: Joseph and Harry Williams, residing in St. Louis, MO; Belafonte Ward, residing in Las Vegas, NV; and Winford Williams, residing in Illinois, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great-grands, and friends.
