Graveside services for Mrs. Ethel Marie Robinson, 67, will be Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at the Green Chapel Church Cemetery Rolling Fork, MS. Pastor Willie Dorsey will be officiating.

Mrs. Ethel Robinson was born in Lorman, Mississippi on October 11, 1952, to Clara Pope of Rolling Fork, MS and the late S.P. Patterson of Lorman, MS.

Ethel joined Shiloh M.B. Church at an early age. She graduated from Henry Weathers High School in Sharkey County. Ethel was united in holy matrimony in 1974 to Mr. Jackie Robinson. To this union they had one daughter, Annisee Robinson- Doherty. She later moved to Oak Lawn, Illinois. Ethel was a loving; daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother.

Her beautiful journey on this side of life ended on September 2, 2020, at the age of 67. She was preceded in death by her father S.P. Patterson, sisters Daisy Patterson and Coretha Watts.

Ethel leaves to cherish her loving memories: mother Clara Pope (Rolling Fork, MS), husband Jackie Robinson and daughter Annisee (Dennis) Robinson- Doherty, one grandson Dennis Doherty Jr. (Oak Lawn, IL), sisters Diane Pope, Michelle (Daniel) Pope- Myers, Tremeka Pope (Jackson, MS), brothers Roosevelt Patterson, Sylvester Pope, Sammy Pope (Rolling Fork, MS), William Pope (Pearl, MS), Willie Patterson (Vicksburg, MS), Dr. Leroy (Carissa) Pope (Dubai, UAE).

A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and close friends.
