Rufus Howard was born on December 18, 1977 to Mr. William and Mrs. Pamela Howard in Andros Island, Bahamas. He passed away on June 3, 2025 at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville, MS.
He graduated from South Delta Class of 1996.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Howard and brother, Phillips Smith, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Cavotta Howard; father, William Howard; daughters, Melanee and Aubree Lawson; siblings: William, Christopher, Louis, Troy, Shantell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
