Thomas J. Williams was born on March 9, 1983 to Rolia Williams and the late Thomas Caldwell Sr.

He was known by all of his family and friends as "Pooh Bear". Pooh Bear lived his life to the fullest through simple pleasures. He loved to be around his family and spending quality time with his boys.

Thomas attended South Delta High School in Rolling Fork, MS. He later moved to Jackson, MS where he worked for TCJ for many years.

Thomas departed this life on earth on September 24, 2022 with his son Thomas K. Williams.

Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Caldwell Sr., nephew, Alex Jennings Jr, uncles, Robert Canada, James Caldwell, and Eugene Caldwell.

Thomas is survived by his loving mother, Rolia Williams; special friend, Latasha Battee; son, Emanuel Jackson; sisters: Angela Williams, Sonia Williams, Cheryl Carson, and Sheryl Thomas; brothers, Thomas Caldwell Jr. and Reginald Caldwell Sr.; special nieces, Moesha Carter and Kenya Rogers, and a special nephew, Cortez Jennings. He also leaves behind a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will truly miss him.
